Click on the link above to mail me for availablity of chinchillas, experienced homes only and non refundable deposit to be paid in advance, I always reserve the right to refuse a sale and those who do not meet my criteria will be refused with no explanation.  No timewasters please.

Please also note that chinchillas can live for a long time - 15 or even 20 years so its a committment you must consider very seriously.  These animals are very timid shy creatures too and dont tolerate being moved about from owner to owner, so i prefer that anyone coming to view and reserve a chinchilla is 100% sure that is what they want and have considered all options.  Please feel free to ask me any questions via my Contact Us form.

Any chinchilla sold by me as a pet will not come with pedigrees where as show quality breeding chinchillas will come with their full history and a pedigree certificate, and also a small supply of their pellets and some of my herd mix.

•  2 x adult standard females 9 months old - sisters - father GSC std and mother Best Young Standard Female, reason for sale - mother is expecting a litter of at least 2 in the coming weeks so i cannot keep them all as too many already kept off same line. SOLD

• I have bred quite a few standard females that will be ready for new homes at the end of the show season as well as some males and a PW male or female (will be keeping one) so if your looking for a top quality show animal to breed from please let me know so i can contact you when i know who will be coming up for sale over the next 6 months.

Granite City Chinchillas does not accept responsibility for injuries or illness occuring in any chinchillas sold on to a new owner, once a chinchilla has left the premises its new owner resumes full responsiblity of the sold chinchilla.  All our chinchillas are born from healthy backgrounds with healthy parents and therefore leave our premises as fit and healthy.  I also do not offer full or partial refunds, but can offer to rehome if we have the room to do so.  We are not responsible for owners changes or circumstances or illness or injury that befalls a chinchilla after it leaves our care so any fees incurred etc must be met by the new owners no matter how soon after leaving our care any instance occurs.
